Shipping Policy

Standard Processing Time

For our Sun-Dried Reserve items, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. All standard orders include free shipping.

Pre-Order & Harvest Items

If your order contains "Fresh Milky Walnuts" or any "September Harvest" pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together during the harvest season (September). Fresh walnuts cannot be stored and are harvested strictly on a made-to-order basis.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched from our facilities in Kashmir, delivery usually takes:

• Metro Cities: 3 - 5 business days
• Rest of India: 5 - 7 business days

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is handed over to our delivery partners, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.
